no, actually no. there are some MGs out there currently that are a good middle ground option for dps considering ammo to dps ratio. now, im not saying its something that you would take into pure end game content all the time, but for everyday use and even in legend, master and GMs, machine guns do really good. retrofit escapade, song of ir yut and the latest pro memoria are some very good examples with retrofit escapade being able to dish out some really good numbers in raids. so i would not say that machine guns are not a dps weapon, it just depends on what you use.

This is the reason I wait till three months into the new season to play pvp Cause everything is always broken.

One thing to note that makes Speaker even more insane; The orb spawns on top of teammate, which means that it scoops the orb immediatly, getting all the benefits of an orb from its build

You are showcasing the weakest version of a very broken build. -if you run this on solar you get restoration x2 instead thanks to touch of flame -ember of benevolence also gives your abilities crazy up time for healing allies -with ember of solace it also lasts longer

Last weekend was the only time I didn't go flawless since they introduced momentos. The fact you get punished for teammates poor map placement and the orb generating power of speaker that amps up khavastov, I genuinely don't know how bungie shipped that in pvp but honestly not surprised anymore 😅

Speakers insight: nerfed after 2 weeks Behemoth and shatterdive? Takes 8-9 months. Shadebinder melee? 72 hours after beyond light launch. HHSN? 1 week after Forsakken launch. Oem? 3 different metas each last +4 months. Classy restoration wormhusk? 2 different metas both lasting +6 months

Honestly, i will always run this on solar, because of Ember of Benevolence, which is simply too strong to not be used with the Speakers Sight.

The unfortunate part about this is it’s gonna be nerfed into being useless, and I’ll just go back to Titan again..

The best part about this is when no life Crucible players die because they thought they got the kill. It's like the better the player you're fighting the better this gets, most newbies don't know how many heads and bodies they need, they don't count, but high level players know their loadout in and out, the ttks with and without their damage buffs, so when they hit you with the 3 tap and you don't die, but they flick to the next target expecting you to die
